To Jim Trombly Plumbing and Heating, Inc. - I am writing
today to express my appreciation
for the service and professionalism of Granite State Water Systems, and
specifically Frank Trombly.
I had researched several Water Treatment companies, and considered several
approaches to solving
the peculiarities of my unique water situation. I had become
disillusioned, as I observed hard sell
techniques, scare tactics, and outright lies, told to me by so called
water professionals. I learned much
about the dark side of the water treatment business, and Frank’s
straight talk was a refreshing change.
Selling me a water treatment system, in retrospect was relatively easy, I
definitely had a need, and I
could have bought from any number of sources. I truly made the correct
decision when I trusted Frank,
the system was delivered, and installed on time, but when his approach
failed to meet my water standards,
he met the challenge head on. We agreed that his tools were not up to the
challenge of the entirety of
my purification needs, and true to his word, he agreed to remove the
system, and take an obvious loss
on his labor, and equipment to service my needs. When I decided to change
my approach, and connect
to a local Water system, I contracted Trombly to provide services and
install the new water line. Frank
was very patient, allowed me to keep the system in place until I could
schedule my connection to the
new service. On the day of excavation, he was there making sure my
property was graded properly.
In short, the most complete service I could ever ask for. I’m writing to
say thanks, and to recognize Frank,
and Trombly Plumbing and Heating, as one of the "Good
Guys." Thank you.

RE: Thomas Sands. Dear Sir, I feel compelled to write this
letter regarding your above
named employee. On two separate occasions, he identified problems at my
residence
after I have had numerous people here who came up with zero. Numerous
people in the
plumbing field were totally nonplussed and unable to assist. The second
instance occurred
this date, when the problem had accelerated and since Tom had identified
the previous
problem, I again called your company. I requested Tom and observed him go
to work. He
confidently examined my pipes and very quickly and confidently identified
the problem. I was
totally impressed, because many previous so-called plumbers, simply
scratched their heads and
came up with a blank. This man is very talented. He is also completely
courteous, gentlemanly
and also very modest. I cannot speak too highly of him and have already
recommended your
company to another neighbor who has had problems. Hold on to Mr. Sands. He
is Mr. Trombly to me.
